From cosmetic renovations though the redevelopment of new student centers entire, we are experts at listening, analyzing, recommending, and implementing student center plans—no matter how complex the challenge. Like student housing and recreation facilities, well-planned student centers are key in student recruitment and generating excess revenues for the university.

In addition to our skill at formulating development and renovation plans, we also advise our clients on all aspects of the business side of their student centers. We analyze operations and review such ownership options as privatization and asset disposition alternatives. The resulting programs are designed to leverage funds, provide a financial return, where appropriate, and serve as long-term solutions that will continue to benefit future generations of students by maintaining the affordability and quality of the construction. Implementation techniques may include off-balance sheet strategies such as partnerships and separate nonprofit corporations to finance, develop, and own the facilities.
