In addition to our skill at formulating development and renovation plans, we also advise our clients on all aspects of the business aspects of their housing systems. We analyze operations and review such ownership options as privatization and asset disposition alternatives. The resulting programs are designed to leverage funds, provide a financial return where appropriate and serve as long-term solutions that will continue to benefit future generations of students by maintaining the affordability and quality of the housing. Implementation techniques may include off-balance sheet strategies such as partnerships and separate nonprofit corporations to finance, develop, and own the facilities. We have developed over 6,000 beds of student housing and have another 500 in construction. We have even managed one of our residence halls for two years.
