Increasing numbers of universities are turning to outside consultants to help develop comprehensive housing plans. How do you find qualified consultants? What do consultants actually do when they come on campus? What happens after they leave? This session answered these questions, based on a comprehensive housing plan developed in 1997 at the University of South Florida that was implemented in 2001. The session included helpful handouts, including sample RFPs.
