Much of the housing targeted for the family and graduate student market is reaching the end of its useful life, while the cost of renovation or new construction pushes rents beyond the reach of the students it serves. This program reviews a study undertaken by the University of Georgia as it evaluated renovation options for its family and graduate housing. The review includes a discussion of both the methodology used and the outcomes.
